Our Annual General Meeting will be held June 15, 2016 at 6:30 pm, in the Dogwood Room at Echo Centre (4255 Wallace St, Port Alberni, BC, V9Y 3Y6).

Members in good standing may vote at the annual general meeting as applicable. 

Please note, per our bylaws:

• A person joining the society, or a former member who agains joins the society, shall not be entitled to vote at any meeting of the society which is held within one month of the date the required contribution is paid.
